纳米SiO2协同粉煤灰对混凝土性能的影响实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 为进一步提高粉煤灰的综合利用以及纳米材料的优异性能,以纳米SiO2、粉煤灰和P·O 42.5硅酸盐水泥为主要原料,以抗压强度、抗折强度和抗氯离子渗透系数为评价,就单掺和双掺对其性能的影响进行分析。结果表明:在单掺条件下,粉煤灰和纳米SiO2均可提高抗压和抗折强度;在双掺条件下,当掺入20%粉煤灰、5%的纳米SiO2,得到的混凝土抗压强度最大。另外,在双掺条件下,粉煤灰掺量20%,纳米SiO2掺量为1.5%时,此时的抗氯离子渗透系数最低,抗腐蚀性能最好。 In order to further improve the comprehensive utilization of fly ash and the excellent performance of nano materials,nano SiO2,fly ash and P·O 42.5 portland cement are used as the main raw materials,based on the evaluation of compressive strength,flexural strength and chloride ion permeability coefficient,the influence of single admixture and double admixture on its performance was analyzed.The results show that the compressive strength and flexural strength of the concrete can be improved by adding fly ash and nano SiO2 under the condition of single mixing,and the compressive strength of the concrete is the largest when adding 20%fly ash and 5%nano SiO2 under the condition of double mixing.In addition,when the content of fly ash is 20%and the content of Nano SiO2 is 1.5%,the permeability coefficient of chloride ion is the lowest and the corrosion resistance is the best.
