铁路转体连续梁桥设计

摘要 转体施工法是近些年来发展起来的一种新型桥梁施工方法。其具有结构合理,施工工艺简单、工期较短等特点,尤以能最大限度的减少梁体施工对既有跨线结构物的影响而受到广大桥梁建设者的青睐。本文以一联(40+64+40)m铁路连续梁为工程背景,通过建立有限元模型,详细研究了梁体受力、球铰选型、滑道设计、撑脚设计、牵引计算等关键问题,总结出桥梁平转设计的一般方法,为同类工程设计提供指导。 The rotary construction method is a new bridge construction method developed in recent years,which has reasonable structure,simple construction technology,short construction period and other characteristics,most of all,it is favored by bridge builders because it can minimize the influence of beam construction on existing cross-line structures.This paper takes a(40+64+40)m railway continuous beam as the engineering background.Through the establishment of finite element model,the key problems of beam stress,ball hinge selection,slide design,brace design,traction calculation and so on were detailed studied,and the general method of bridge translation design was summarized,which provides guidance for similar engineering design.
