摘要
某地下车库为一层钢筋混凝土现浇无梁楼盖结构,顶板底部存在大量裂缝。为了解裂缝分布情况及裂缝成因,保证结构的安全性及使用性,分别对裂缝的宽度及走向、顶板混凝土抗压强度、顶板厚度、受力钢筋保护层厚度进行了检测。根据检测结果分析成因,将板底裂缝划分为荷载裂缝和收缩裂缝。经过计算分析,提出了采用增大截面加固、粘贴碳纤维加固及压力注浆加固的方法对裂缝进行加固处理,为同类工程提供参考。
An underground garage,which was designed as a1-storey reinforced concrete cast-in-place beamless floor structure,has a lot of cracks at the bottom of the slab.In order to understand the distribution and causes of cracks and ensure the safety and the usability of the structure.Width and trend of cracks,compressive strength of concrete,slab thickness and the concrete cover were inspected on site.According to the inspection result,cracks of the slab were divided into load crack and shrinkage crack.According to the analysed and calculated results,strengthening with increasing section area,strengthening with bonded fiber composite material and pressure grouting method were adopted to reinforce the cracks.which can provide reference for similar projects.
