幼儿园男教师的重要性及培养策略

The Importance and Training Strategies for Male Teachers in Kindergartens

在传统认知里,幼儿园教师被认为是女性所从事的职业,调查数据也显示目前我国幼儿教师队伍中女性占比较大,男性占比较小。但是长期被女性教师打造的教育环境与方式,不利于幼儿良好个性、品质的形成。因此幼儿园中亟需男性幼儿教师的加入。男性幼儿教师有着自身独特的优势,不仅对幼儿性别角色,个性以及认知情感等方面的发展起着重要的作用,而且在五大领域的教学中也有独特优势。但目前幼儿园男教师的发展面临许多困境,一定程度上由于社会对幼儿园男教师认可度低,幼儿园教师薪酬低以及相关政策法规不够完善等原因导致男性从事幼儿教师职业人数严重不足。本文尝试从多方面提出培养策略,以期解决这一问题。

Traditionally,kindergartener is considered as female occupation. Survey data show that the proportion of women preschool teachers is relatively larger than male teachers. But all - women education environment and ways are not good for the development of preschoo children's personality and health. Therefore, it isurgent to get male members involved due to males’gender role play,diverse personality ,different emotion cognition,and the unique features in teaching. However, the recruitment of male kindergarten teachers is in a dilemma because of the poor social recognition, low pay and impropriate policies and regulations, so this paper tries to put forw ard proper solutions to these problems.
