摘要 在考虑分布式电源的配电网柔性规划中,合理的规划方案能够提高配电网对于新能源接入的弹性,保持系统运行在稳定合理的区间内.提出了一种考虑不同运行情况的弹性配电网网架柔性约束规划方法,建立了基于经济性、适应性、可靠性、安全性、协调性的多目标规划体系;利用场景法描述了风、光、负荷等因素的不确定性,利用基于Wasserstein距离的最优渐进场景法提取了典型场景以及相应概率;在求解过程中应用基于连通性矩阵与树结构编码的网架连通性校验确保不产生孤岛节点、不破坏网络的辐射性.通过某地区配电网规划的算例验证了所提模型的合理性. In the flexible planning for distribution network considering distributed generations,a reasonable planning scheme can improve the flexibility of distribution network with respect to the integration of new energy and keep the sys⁃tem running in a stable and reasonable interval.In this paper,a flexible constrained planning method for distributed net⁃work is proposed under different operating conditions,and multi-objective programming system based on economy,adaptability,reliability,security,and coordination is established.The uncertainties in factors such as wind,photovol⁃taic,and load are described by a multi-scene method,and the typical scenes as well as the corresponding probabilities are extracted using the optimal asymptotic scene method based on the Wasserstein distance.In the solving process,the grid connectivity check based on connectivity matrix and tree structure coding is applied to ensure that no island node is generated and the radiation of the network is not damaged.The rationality of the proposed model is verified by taking a distribution network planning in one area as an example.
