丁酸梭菌对仔猪生长性能、肠道菌群、抗氧化功能和免疫功能的影响 被引量:22

摘要 试验旨在探究丁酸梭菌对仔猪生长性能、肠道菌群、抗氧化功能和免疫功能的影响。将60头21日龄"杜长大"断奶仔猪随机分3组(对照组、低剂量组、高剂量组),对照组仔猪饲喂基础日粮,低剂量组和高剂量组分别在基础日粮中添加200 mg/kg和1 000 mg/kg丁酸梭菌。结果显示:与对照组相比,低剂量组平均日增重、乳酸杆菌数、总抗氧化能力、总超氧化物歧化酶活性、免疫球蛋白G含量均显著提高(P<0.05),腹泻率、大肠杆菌数均显著降低(P<0.05);与对照组相比,高剂量组平均日采食量、平均日增重、双歧杆菌数、乳酸杆菌数、总抗氧化能力、超氧化物歧化酶活性、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性、脾脏指数、免疫球蛋白G、免疫球蛋白A均显著提高(P<0.05),料重比、腹泻率、大肠杆菌数、丙二醛含量均显著降低(P<0.05)。结果表明,断奶仔猪基础日粮中添加200 mg/kg和1 000 mg/kg丁酸梭菌能够显著改善仔猪的生长性能、肠道功能、抗氧化功能和免疫功能,最适添加剂量为1 000 mg/kg。 The experiment studied the effect of Clostridium butyricum on growth performance, intestinal flora, antioxidant function and immune function of piglets. The piglets in control group were fed with basic diet, and piglets in low-dose group and high-dose group were supplemented with 200 mg/kg and 1 000 mg/kg Clostridium butyricum respectively. The results showed that: compared with control group, the average daily gain, number of lactobacilli, total antioxidant capacity, activity of superoxide dismutase and the content of IgG of low dose group were significantly increased(P<0.05), while the diarrhea rate and number of Escherichia coli were significantly decreased(P<0.05);compared with control group, the average daily intake, average daily gain, number of bifidobacteria, number of lactobacilli, total antioxidant capacity, superoxide dismutase activity, glutathione peroxidase activity, spleen index, IgG content and IgA content of high dose group were all significantly increased(P<0.05), and the feed to weight ratio, diarrhea rate, number of Escherichia coli and malondialdehyde content were significantly decreased(P<0.05). The results indicated that the growth performance, intestinal function, antioxidant function and immune function of weaned piglets were significantly improved by adding 200 mg/kg and 1 000 mg/kg Clostridium butyricum, and the optimal clinical dosage of additives was 1 000 mg/kg.
