霉菌毒素降解菌株和吸附剂的体外效果评估和筛选 被引量:4

In vitro evaluation and screening of strains and adsorbents for degrading of mycotoxin

摘要 为更好地进行霉菌毒素生物降解组方的研究,对16株益生菌对霉菌毒素的降解效果以及2种酵母寡糖类吸附剂的吸附效果予以评估。降解试验中,检测5株枯草芽孢杆菌、5株地衣芽孢杆菌和6株乳酸杆菌的发酵液对3种霉菌毒素(黄曲霉毒素AFB1、玉米赤霉烯酮ZEN、呕吐毒素DON)的降解率,作为霉菌毒素降解效果的评估指标;吸附试验中,检测吸附剂孵育前后3种霉菌毒素的含量变化,作为吸附剂吸附效果的评估指标。结果表明,枯草芽孢杆菌、地衣芽孢杆菌对AFB1和ZEN降解作用强且枯草芽孢杆菌优于地衣芽孢杆菌,而对DON降解作用都较弱,筛选出3株菌株;乳酸杆菌对AFB1和ZEN吸附能力较强,而对DON吸附能力较差,筛选出2株菌株;吸附剂对DON吸附作用较强,对AFB1和ZEN吸附作用较弱,筛选出1种吸附剂;每种益生菌或吸附剂对不同霉菌毒素有不同的降解或吸附能力,在临床应用中应合理组方,达到高效、专业地去除霉菌毒素的目的。 In order to study the biodegradation of mycotoxin better, the degrading effects of 16 strains and the adsorption effects of two kinds of yeast oligosaccharide on mycotoxin were evaluated. In the degrading test,the degradation rate of the fermentation broth of five strains of Bacillus subtilis, five strains of Bacillus licheniformis and six strains of Lactobacilli to three kinds of mycotoxins was tested to show the degrading effects on mycotoxins;In the adsorption test, the adsorption effects were shown by detecting the content of three kinds of mycotoxins before and after incubation with the adsorbent. The results showed that Bacillus subtilis and Bacillus licheniformis and had strong degrading effects on AFB1 and ZEN and Bacillus subtilis was better than Bacillus licheniformis, but had poor degradation on DON, from which three stains were selected out;Lactobacilli had strong adsorption on AFB1 and ZEN, but had poor adsorption on DON, from which two stains were selected out;Adsorbents had strong adsorption on DON, but poor adsorption on AFB1 and ZEN, one of which was chosen;Each probiotic or adsorbent had different degradation or adsorption capacity for different mycotoxins. In clinical application, it is necessary to make a reasonable formula to achieve the purpose of removing mycotoxins efficiently and professionally.
