迷迭香提取物含多种生物活性物质,具有抗氧化、抑菌、抗炎等重要的生理功能,是目前国内外饲料添加剂研发的热点。文章就迷迭香提取物的生物活性物质、生理功能及其在动物生产中的应用进行综述,以期为迷迭香的进一步应用推广提供参考。

Rosemary extract contains a variety of bioactive substances, with antioxidant, bacteriostatic, anti-inflammatory and other significant biological functions, which is the current research focus of feed additives at home and abroad. In order to provide references for the further popularization and application of rosemary, the bioactive substances, physiological functions and applications of rosemary extract in animal production were reviewed in the paper.
