摘要
凝结芽孢杆菌(Bacillus coagulans)是一种益生菌,可以产生乳酸,兼具芽孢杆菌和乳酸菌的优点,因此,凝结芽孢杆菌在生活中有广泛的应用。最常见的应用有结合凝结芽孢杆菌的特点用于临床来治疗疾病,也可加入动物饲料中用于预防动物疾病从而提高免疫力。文章从凝结芽孢杆菌多方面的作用到凝结芽孢杆菌广泛的应用进行了综述。
Bacillus coagulans is a kind of probiotics, can produce lactic acid, has the advantages of both the Bacillus and lactic acid bacteria. Therefore, Bacillus coagulans have a wide range of applications. For example, combining the characteristics of Bacillus coagulus can be used in clinical treatment of diseases, and can also be added to animal feed to prevent animal diseases and improve immunity. In the paper, we reviewed the role of Bacillus coagulans in many aspects and its wide application.
