摘要
为缓解机场安检人员工作压力,避免不安全行为的发生,对机场安检人员的工作压力源结构进行探究,通过对国内某大型机场安检人员开展问卷调查及压力源分析以获得该机场安检人员压力源现状。结果显示:该机场安检人员工作压力源前五位为:工作特征、工作家庭冲突、职业发展、组织氛围和人际关系。安检人员倾向于采用运动、唱歌的方式来缓解工作压力,且目前组织层面应对措施较个人层面效果较差,单位应当给予更多的关注。
In order to relieve the stress of airport security personnel and avoid their unsafe actions,the structure of work-related stressor of airport security personnel was explored.The situation of work-related stressor of them was acquired through questionnaire investigation and stressor analysis in an international airport in China.The results showed that the top-five work-relative stressors of airport security personnel were job characteristics,conflict between work and family,career development,organizational climate and interpersonal relationships;that airport security personnel preferred exercising and singing to mitigate work pressures;and that personal solutions were more effective than organizational solutions,and organization should pay more attention.
