Application of Internet Plus and WeChat Public Platform in Public Rental Housing Management in Deep Learning Environment

为了解决在公租房上面临的管理混乱,审批程序、管理过程信息化水平较低等多个问题,本文通过阅读大量的文献,深入了解各方对公租房管理的需求,提出了基于"互联网+微信平台"的公租房管理服务平台,从管理决策层、应用层到基础层,并搭建相应的配租、房源、资金和监督的子系统,通过与现有的管理方式进行比较和必要性探讨。

In order to solve the problems of management confusion,low level of information and approval procedures in public rental housing,this article,through reading a lot of documents,thoroughly understand the needs of public rental housing management,and proposes a public rental housing management service platform based on the Internet plus WeChat platform,from management decision-making level,application layer to foundation level,and building corresponding allocation of rent.The subsystem of housing resources,funds and supervision is discussed by comparing with the existing management methods.
