乡村振兴视阈下农村教育资源均衡化配置研究——以甘肃省定西市为例

农村教育事业发展是重塑乡村新风貌的重要举措,更是实现乡村振兴的基石。现以甘肃省定西市为例,通过分析定西市农村教育资源配置存在的问题,提出因地制宜推进农村中小学布局调整;着力推动农村师资队伍向好发展;创新贴近农村实际的教学管理方式;确保农村教育经费科学合理使用等促进定西市农村教育资源均衡化配置的对策建议。

The development of rural education is the cornerstone of rural rejuvenation,and it is also an important measure to reshape the new rural look.This article takes Dingxi City as an example,analyzes the problems in the allocation of rural education resources in Dingxi City,and proposes countermeasures to promote the balanced allocation of rural education resources in Dingxi City.
