物流业高质量发展评价体系研究

近年来,物流业逐渐成为支撑国民经济发展的重要产业,物流业的高质量发展对于整体经济水平,综合国力的提升至关重要。国家发展改革委于2019年3月提出《关于推动物流高质量发展促进形成强大国内市场的意见》文献,本文基于此,以"高"质量为着重点,采用PCA分析方法,从物流业发展质量、效率、动力和贡献四个方面入手,构建物流高质量发展评价体系模型,探究我国物流业发展情况,并提出促进物流绿色发展;完善物流基础设施体系;加大科技创新投入;促进物流业与制造业融合发展;激发物流业内生动力的建议。

In recent years,the logistics industry has gradually become an important industry to support the development of the national economy,the high-quality development of the logistics industry for the overall economic level,the promotion of comprehensive national strength is very important.In March 2019,the National Development and Reform Commission put forward the“Opinion on Promoting high-quality development of logistics and promoting the formation of a strong domestic market”,based on this,based on the“high”quality as the focus,the use of PCA analysis methods,from the logistics industry development quality,efficiency,power and contribution to the four aspects,to build a high-quality logistics development evaluation system model,To explore the development of China's logistics industry,and give advice on its high-quality development.
