摘要
动脉自旋标记(arterial spin labeling,ASL)技术目前被广泛应用于神经系统疾病的研究。ASL是利用动脉血中的质子作为内源性对比剂来实现组织血流灌注的可视性,具有无创、无电离辐射、可重复的优点,便于疾病的随访。本文对ASL的成像原理、衍生技术及在缺血性脑病、脑白质病变等临床应用进展予以综述。
Arterial spin labeling(ASL)has been widely used in the study of neurological diseases.ASL USES the proton in arterial blood as an endogenous contrast agent to achieve the visibility of tissue blood perfusion,which has the advantages of non-invasive,non-ionizing radiation and repeatable,facilitating the follow-up of diseases.In this paper,the imaging principle,derivative technology and clinical application of ASL in ischemic encephalopathy and leukodystrophy are reviewed.
