多维度护理干预在老年肝脏磁共振动态增强扫描中的应用

Efficacy of multi-dimensional nursing intervention in dynamic contrast-enhanced MR scanning of liver in the elderly

目的:研究多维度护理干预在老年肝脏增强MRI的应用。方法:将2019年6月—2019年12月连续纳入120例拟行肝脏磁共振动态增强扫描检查的老年患者,按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组60人。研究组给予多维度护理干预,对照组给予常规护理干预。比较两组患者的护理满意度、一次性图像采集成功率、伪影发生率和检查所需时间。结果:研究组患者护理满意度为98.3%显著高于对照组的90.0%,观察组患者的一次性图像采集成功率为96.7%、伪影发生率为3.3%、检查所需时间为(15.5±7.8)min均显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在老年肝脏磁共振动态增强扫描中采用多维度护理干预,可以有效改善患者的一次性图像采集成功率,伪影发生率和检查所需时间,同时提高患者对护理的满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of multi-dimensional nursing intervention in dynamic contrast-enhanced MR scanning of liver in the elderly.Methods From June 2019 to December 2019,120 elderly patients were enrolled in a prospective randomized study.Treatment allocation was assigned randomly through random number table method to:(1)Control group:the patients only received routine nursing intervention;(2)Observation group:the patients received multi-dimensional nursing intervention.The success rate of one-time image acquisition,the incidence of artifact,the time needed for examination and the satisfaction of nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 98.3%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(90.0%).The success rate of one-time image acquisition,the incidence rate of artifact and the time required for examination were 96.7%,3.3%and(15.5±7.8)min in the observation group,which were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Multi-dimensional nursing intervention can effectively improve the success rate of one-time image acquisition,the incidence of artifacts and the time required for examination,and improve the nursing satisfaction.
