摘要
垃圾填埋场渗滤液为难降解高浓度有机废水,处理难度较大。以某生活垃圾填埋场升级改造工程设计为依托,从垃圾渗滤液的来源、水质、水量、处理工艺、单体构筑物、运行效果及投资等多方面详细介绍渗滤液处理工艺设计,确定该工程采用两级A/O(缺氧/好氧)-MBR(膜生物反应器)-NF(纳滤)/RO(反渗透)的组合工艺。实际运行结果表明,该工艺处理效果好,出水CODCr≤100 mg/L,NH3-N质量浓度≤25 mg/L,可满足GB 16889—2008《生活垃圾填埋场污染控制标准》的要求。
Landfill leachate is difficult to degrade high concentration organic wastewater,so it is difficult to treat it.Based on the upgrading project design of a domestic waste landfill,the author introduces the design of leachate treatment process in detail from the source,water quality,water quantity,treatment process,single structure,operation effect and investment of leachate.The combined process of two-stage A/O(anoxic/aerobic)-MBR(membrane bioreactor)-NF(nanofiltration)/RO(reverse osmosis)is adopted in the project.The practical operation results show that the treatment effect of the process is good.The CODCr of effluent is less than 100 mg/L and NH3-N is less than 25 mg/L,which can meet the requirements of the pollution control standard for domestic waste landfill(GB 16889—2008).
