基于水泵高效区间的等阻力调节方法分析

摘要 通过分析水泵工作曲线中变频调速的高效区间与空调系统输配管网阻力特性的关系,提出了基于水泵高效区间的等阻力调节方法,并根据循环水泵实际的工作情况将调节方法分为等阻力特性区间与恒压差限转速区间。通过实际案例给出了等阻力调节方法的控制系统组成以及循环水泵与末端控制阀的实际调节步骤。与传统的水泵控制相比,采用等阻力调节的系统输配管网始终处于较小的阻力区间,同时循环水泵也保持在高效区间工作,具有更好的节能性。 Based on the analysis of the relationship between the high-efficiency section of frequency conversion regulation and the resistance characteristics of the distribution network of air conditioning system,this paper puts forward the equal resistance regulation based on the high-efficiency section of water pump.Furthermore,this paper divides the regulation into the equal resistance characteristic section and the constant pressure limit speed section according to the actual working situation of circulating water pump.Through a case,this paper also gives the control system composition of equal resistance regulation and the actual regulation steps of circulating water pump and control valve.Compared with the traditional pump control,resistance regulation is always in a small resistance range,while the circulating water pump also keeps working in an efficient range,which has a high energy conservation level.
