摘要
在锅炉产品制造中,材料的金相检验多为破坏截取试样,后在实验室检验分析,但检验过程受限工件尺寸影响和耗时较长。而采用便携金相观察试件,配合快速制样设备和金相图片采集软件,可以实现快速非破坏性材料的金相组织检验,实践应用表明该检验技术能解决锅炉大型部件和构件、管道等要求快速非破坏性微观组织检验,且检验步骤简便快速,对锅炉产品制造、现场安装服务工序中需金相检验检测有很好的指导意义。
In the manufacture of boiler products,the metallographic test procedure for the material is to destroy the intercepted sample and then test and analyze it in the laboratory.The test process is relatively time-consuming.The use of portable metallographic observation equipment,combined with rapid sample preparation equipment and metallographic image acquisition software,can achieve rapid non-destructive metallographic examination of materials.Practical application shows that this inspection technology can solve the requirements of large boiler components and components,pipelines the non-destructive microstructure inspection,and the inspection steps are simple and fast,which has a good guiding significance for the metallurgical inspection and analysis in the boiler product manufacturing and field installation process.
