丹栀逍遥散联合洛索洛芬钠治疗纤维肌痛综合征的临床疗效观察

Clinical Study on Treatment of Fibromyalgia Syndrome with Danzhi Xiaoyao San and Loxoprofen

目的观察丹栀逍遥散联合洛索洛芬钠治疗纤维肌痛综合征的临床疗效。方法收治纤维肌痛综合征病人25例,其中治疗组13例应用丹栀逍遥散配合洛索洛芬钠治疗21天,对照组12例单独应用西药进行21天治疗。结果治疗组患者的总有效率为69.23%,显著高于对照组患者(41.67%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论丹栀逍遥散联合西药治疗纤维肌痛综合征疗效较好。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Danzhi Xiaoyao San on fibromyalgia syndrome.Methods 25 patients with fibromyalgia syndrome were treated,13 patients in the treatment group were treated with Danzhi Xiaoyao San and loxoprofen sodium for 21 days,12 patients in the control group were treated with western medicine alone for 21 days.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group(69.23%)was significantly higher than the control group(41.67%)(P<0.05).Conclusions Danzhi Xiaoyao San Combined with western medicine has a good effect on fibromyalgia syndrome.
