经阴道超声结合三维容积成像技术诊断子宫内膜病变的临床分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨经阴道超声结合三维容积成像技术对子宫内膜病变的诊断价值。方法分析2018年7月-2019年7月收治的72例疑似子宫内膜病变患者的临床资料,均实施经阴道超声结合三维容积成像技术检查。以手术病理结果作为金标准,分析经阴道超声联合三维容积成像技术在子宫内膜病变诊断中的应用价值。结果三维容积成像技术图像特征明显,易于确诊;经阴道超声联合三维容积成像技术的诊断准确度分别高于经阴道超声及三维容积成像技术,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用经阴道超声联合三维容积成像对子宫内膜病变有较高诊断准确度。
