摘要
本文主要从肥胖的原因分析入手,重点介绍了体育运动减脂的必要性和意义,从有氧氧化供能、体育运动减脂的生化途径以及体脂层面进行生化分析,研究体育运动减脂的作用,并从合理营养层面研究体育运动减脂活动,重点阐明了体育运动减脂中对于糖类、脂肪以及蛋白质的需求,认为在实际开展体育运动减脂活动中要合理补充好相应的营养物质,实现均衡营养、科学减脂的目标,希望能够为体育运动减脂活动的稳步开展提供一定借鉴和参考。
Starting from the analysis of the causes of obesity,this paper mainly introduces the necessity and significance of fat reduction in sports.Biochemical analysis is carried out from aerobic oxidation energy supply,biochemical pathway of fat reduction in sports and body fat level.The function of fat reduction in sports is studied,and the fat reduction activities in sports are studied from reasonable nutrition level.The demand for carbohydrate,fat and protein in fat reduction in sports is emphasized.It is believed that the corresponding nutrients should be reasonably supplemented in the actual fat reduction activities in sports to achieve the goals of balanced nutrition and scientific fat reduction.It is hoped that some reference and reference can be provided for the steady development of fat reduction activities in sports.
