伴随着"互联网+"战略的全面实施,社会及企业均对高素质专业人才提出了新的要求,而如何基于"互联网+"背景下有效推进民办高校校企合作人才培养模式革新,是当前民办高校和企业需要共同面对的问题。介绍了当前民办高校校企合作人才培养的不足之处,分析了在"互联网+"背景下培养民办高校校企合作人才的意义所在,提出了优化校企合作人才培养模式的措施。

With the comprehensive implementation of the"Internet+"strategy,both the society and enterprises have put forward new requirements for high-quality professionals.How to effectively promote the innovation of the training mode of school-enterprise cooperationin private colleges and universities,is a problem that private colleges and enterprises need to facing together.This paper introduced the shortages of current training mode,analyzed the significance of cultivating school-enterprise cooperation talents under the"Internet+",puts forward some measures to optimize current training mode.
