摘要
近年来,核心素养成为教育改革的热点,核心素养的建构对教师专业化发展提出了更高的要求,基于学生核心素养——文化基础、自主发展、社会参与,对应提出教师核心素养——专业素养、自身素养、社会素养,探讨建构教师核心素养的策略。
In recent years,core literacy has become a hot topic in education reform.The construction of teachers'core literacy had put forward higher requirements for teachers'professional development.This paper based on the core literacy of students,like cultural foundation,independent development and social participation,proposed a stategy which can contribute to the core literacy about professional,personal and social literacy of teachers.
