教师专业知识对高中数学教师教学实践影响的调查研究 被引量:6

An Investigation of the Effect of High School Mathematics Teachers’Professional Knowledge on Teaching Practice

摘要 通过测试卷和教学实践评价表,就高中数学教师专业知识对自身教学实践的影响进行了调查研究.研究结果显示:数学教学知识和数学学科知识对高中数学教师的教学实践影响显著并且直接,而数学课程知识与一般教育学知识对高中数学教师教学实践并未显示出显著性影响;对于高中数学教师的教学实践,数学教学知识与数学学科知识的相对重要性为4∶3,而当进一步控制教师资历变量时,其相对重要性将降为1∶1.最后,对产生以上结果的原因进行了初步的解读. This study explored the effect of high school mathematics teachers’professional knowledge on their teaching practice using a test and a teaching practice evaluation form.The results show that mathematics pedagogical content knowledge and mathematics subject-matter knowledge both have a significant influence on high school mathematics teachers’teaching practice,whereas neither mathematics curriculum knowledge nor general pedagogical knowledge have a significant influence on their teaching practice.The ratio of the importance of teachers’mathematics pedagogical content knowledge and mathematics subject-matter knowledge to their teaching practice is 4:3,whereas this proportion decreases to 1:1 as the variable of teachers’qualification is further controlled.Lastly,in this paper,we analyze and provide tentative interpretations of the results.
