摘要
以某石油物探企业为例,从员工心理健康的影响因素分析、具体做法、典型案例、经验与收获等方面阐述了石油物探企业开展EAP服务的做法,重点分享了健全工作机制、普及知识、开展特色服务、嵌入培训工作、规范服务管理的经验,以及针对地震勘探项目、基层管理者、员工家属实施EAP服务的典型案例,探讨了EAP服务的改进提升方向。
Taking a Geophysical Corporation as an example,the practice of EAP service in petroleum geophysical companies was expounded from the aspects of influencing factors analysis,specific practices,typical cases,experiences and gains of employees′mental health.It focused on sharing the experiences of improving the working mechanism,popularizing knowledge,developing service,embedding training work and standardizing service management.The typical cases of implementing EAP services for seismic exploration projects,grassroots managers,and employees′families were discussed for improvement and promotion direction.
