基于ASPEN过氧甲酸法制备环氧棉籽油工艺的模拟与优化

摘要 新疆拥有巨大的棉油产量,但棉油口感差品质低的特性使其很难作为食用油推广,本文以棉油农产品深加工为环氧化增塑剂原料进行工业设计,基于前期小试过氧甲酸法制备环氧棉籽油的工艺路线和条件,使用ASPEN软件对棉籽油环氧化工艺进行设计并建立模型,对反应操作参数温度、时间、甲酸用量、过氧化氢用量进行分析和优化,反应优化条件为操作温度62℃、反应时间维持在7 h左右、1 t棉籽油甲酸和过氧化氢的量分别为130、560 kg,经过优化后反应的收率、转化率、选择性分别为73.6%、90.5%、81.0%,均比优化前明显提高,而且原料中双氧水的用量较优化前减少13.3%,甲酸用量减少23.4%,NaHCO3用量较优化前减少21.0%,废水量减少26.9%。 Xinjiang has a huge output of cotton oil,but its poor taste and low quality make it difficult to be promoted as edible oil.In this paper,the deep processing of cotton oil agricultural products as raw materials for epoxy plasticizer was designed.Based on the experimental conditions and operating methods of peroxyformic acid method to prepare epoxidized cottonseed oil from the previous study in our group,the model of cottonseed oil’s epoxidation process was established by ASPEN.The flow and nature of each logistics were calculated and the operation parameters,such as temperature,time,amount of formic acid and hydrogen peroxide were optimized and analyzed for providing theoretical guidance for industrial production.The optimal condition for the reaction are as follows,the operating temperature of the reaction was about 62℃,the reaction time was maintained at about 7 h,and the feeding flux of formic acid and hydrogen peroxide was 130 kg/h and 560 kg/h,respectively,under the condition of 1000 kg/h of cottonseed oil’s mass flux.After optimization,the yield,conversion and selectivity of the reaction were 73.6%,90.5%and 81.0%,respectively,andallof them are obviously improvedcompared with that of optimizationbefore.After optimization,the amount of hydrogen peroxide,formic acid,NaHCO 3,and waste water in the raw material decreased by 13.3%,23.4%,21.0%and 26.9%,respectively.
