快速康复护理在腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术患者围手术期的应用分析

Application of Rapid Rehabilitation Nursing in Peri Operation Period of Patients Undergoing Laparoscopic Myomectomy

目的了解腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术围术期的快速康复护理体会。方法将我院2017年2月至2018年10月的80例腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术患者,随机分组,常规护理干预组给予常规干预,快速康复护理组开展快速康复护理。比较两组满意水平;子宫肌瘤手术时间、腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤根治手术后住院的时间、术后下地的时间、使用止痛药的时间;护理前后身心应激性指标焦虑心理评分、抑郁心理评分、超敏C反应蛋白、血清皮质醇、去甲肾上腺素;护理前后的生活质量评分指标;腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤根治手术并发症的发生率。结果快速康复护理组的满意水平更高,P<0.05。快速康复护理组的满意水平是100%,快速康复护理组腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤根治手术并发症的发生率更少,P<0.05。快速康复护理组腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤根治手术并发症的发生率有1例,而常规护理干预组腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤根治手术并发症的发生率有7例。两组患者护理后的生活质量评分指标生理功能测评分、社会功能测评分、物质文化测评分均优于护理前(P<0.05),且快速康复护理组患者护理后的情况优于常规护理干预组患者护理后的情况(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术患者实施快速康复护理效果确切,可有效减轻患者的身心应激,有效缩短住院的时间,减少使用止痛药的时间,减少相关并发症的发生,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To understand the perioperative fast rehabilitation nursing experience of laparoscopic myomectomy.Methods 80 patients who underwent laparoscopic myomectomy in our hospital from February 2017 to October 2018 were randomly divided into two groups.The routine nursing intervention group was given routine intervention,and the fast rehabilitation nursing group was given rapid rehabilitation nursing.The satisfaction levels of the two groups were compared,including the time of hysteromyoma operation,hospitalization after laparoscopic hysteromyomectomy,time of going to the ground after operation,time of using analgesics,psychological scores of anxiety,depression,hypersensitive C-reactive protein,serum cortisol and norepinephrine before and after nursing,and the quality of life before and after nursing.Incidence of complications of radical hysteromyomectomy.Results The satisfaction level of the fast rehabilitation nursing group was higher,P<0.05.The satisfaction level of the fast rehabilitation nursing group was 100%.The complication rate of laparoscopic myomectomy in the fast rehabilitation nursing group was less than that in the laparoscopic myomectomy group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications of laparoscopic myomectomy was 1 case in the fast rehabilitation nursing group,and 7 cases in the routine nursing intervention group.After nursing,the scores of physiological function,social function and material culture of the two groups were better than those before nursing(P<0.05),and the situation of the fast rehabilitation nursing group was better than that of the routine nursing intervention group(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic hysteromyomectomy patients with rapid rehabilitation nursing effect is accurate,can effectively alleviate the physical and mental stress of patients,effectively shorten hospitalization time,reduce the use of analgesics,reduce the occurrence of related complications,improve the quality of life of patients.
