探讨孟鲁司特联合布地奈德对小儿哮喘患儿的临床症状、治疗效果

To Explore the Clinical Symptoms and Therapeutic Effects of Montelukast Combined with Budesonide in Children with Asthma

目的分析孟鲁司特联合布地奈德对小儿哮喘患儿临床症状、治疗效果。方法将2016年6月至2018年6月本院收治的70例小儿哮喘患儿作为实验对象,依据入院先后顺序分为对照、研究组,且2组各选入35例,2组患儿均给予抗感染、吸氧及支气管扩张剂治疗,对照组给予布地奈德雾化吸入治疗,研究组给予孟鲁司特联合布地奈德雾化治疗,对比2组患儿的临床疗效、临床症状消失时间、肺功能指标、炎性因子及不良反应发生率。结果治疗前,与对照组比较,研究组患儿的肺功能指标、炎性因子无显著差异,P>0.05;治疗后,与对照组比较,研究组患儿的肺功能指标、炎性因子改善显著,P<0.05;与对照组80.00%比较,研究组患儿的临床疗效97.14%,P<0.05;与对照组比较,研究组患儿的临床症状消失时间缩短,P<0.05;相对比于对照组20.00%,研究组患儿的不良反应发生率2.85%降低;P<0.05。结论针对小儿哮喘患儿给予孟鲁司特联合布地奈德雾化治疗,可显著提升患儿的临床疗效,缩短临床症状消失时间,改善肺功能指标、炎性因子,减少不良反应,临床借鉴价值高。

Objective To analyze the clinical symptoms and therapeutic effects of montelukast combined with budesonide in children with asthma.Methods Seventy children with pediatric asthma admitted to our hospital from June 2016 to June 2018 were enrolled in the study.They were divided into control and study groups according to the order of admission,and 35 patients were selected in each group.All patients were given anti-infective,oxygen-absorbing and bronchodilator treatments.The control group was given budesonide inhalation therapy.The study group was treated with montelukast combined with budesonide.The clinical efficacy and clinical significance of the two groups were compared.Symptom disappearance time,lung function index,inflammatory factors and incidence of adverse reactions.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in lung function index and inflammatory factors between the study group and the control group,P>0.05.After treatment,compared with the control group,the lung function index and inflammatory factor of the study group improved significantly.P<0.05;compared with 80.00%of the control group,the clinical efficacy of the study group was 97.14%,P<0.05;compared with the control group,the clinical symptom disappearance time of the study group was shortened,P<0.05;In the group of 20.00%,the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was reduced by 2.85%;P<0.05.Conclusion The administration of montelukast combined with budesonide in children with asthma can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of children,shorten the disappearance of clinical symptoms,improve lung function indicators,inflammatory factors,reduce adverse reactions,and clinical value high.
