前列腺增生症患者应用经尿道前列腺电切术及开放手术治疗的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Transurethral Resection of Prostate and Open Surgery in Patients with Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia

目的观察前列腺增生症患者应用经尿道前列腺电切术及开放手术治疗的效果。方法本课题选取的76例前列腺增生症患者均是本院2017年7月至2019年2月收治,由入院时间先后分组,每组各38例,常规组应用开放手术治疗,研究组应用经尿道前列腺电切术治疗,对比两组手术效果。结果术前,两组患者Qmax、RU、Qave、IPSS评分、QOL评分等对比无明显差异(P>0.05),术后,所有患者Qmax、RU、Qave、IPSS评分、QOL评分等有所改善,且明显优于术前,而研究组患者术后的Qmax、RU、Qave、IPSS评分、QOL评分等也明显优于常规组,而手术时间、术中出血量、尿管留置时间、膀胱冲洗时间、下床活动时间、住院时间均明显短于常规组,术后并发症发生率明显低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论前列腺增生症患者应用经尿道前列腺电切术治疗的效果比开放手术更加显著,术后并发症更少,且具有微创、安全、预后恢复快的特点,可有效提高患者最大尿流率和平均尿流率,有助于患者前列腺功能康复。

Objective To observe the effect of transurethral resection of prostate and open surgery for benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods 76 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia were treated in our hospital from July 2017 to February 2019.They were divided into two groups according to the time of admission.38 cases in each group were treated with open surgery in the routine group and transurethral resection of prostate in the research group.The results of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in Qmax,RU,Qave,IPSS score and QOL score between the two groups before operation(P>0.05).After operation,Qmax,RU,Qave,IPSS score and QOL score were improved in all patients,and were significantly better than those before operation.The Qmax,RU,Qave,IPSS score and QOL score of the study group after operation were also significantly better than those of the routine group.The time of indwelling urinary catheter,bladder irrigation,time of getting out of bed and hospitalization were significantly shorter than those of routine group,and the incidence of complications was significantly lower than that of routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Transurethral resection of the prostate is more effective than open surgery in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia,with fewer complications,minimally invasive,safe and quick prognosis recovery.It can effectively improve the maximum and average urinary flow rate of patients,and help patients to recover their prostate function.
