分析临床药师开展药学服务对降低药品不良反应的应用效果

To Analyze the Effect of Pharmaceutical Care for Clinical Pharmacists in Reducing Adverse Drug Reactions

目的针对临床药师开展药学服务对降低药品不良反应的效果进行分析,探讨药学服务在降低药品不良反应中的应用价值。方法选取2017年12月至2018年12月在我院办理住院的患者并采取药物治疗的160例患者作为本次研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组两组,对照组采用常规治疗与护理,观察组在此基础上,开展药学服务,将两组患者在治疗护理过程中出现的不良反应发生率进行对比。结果观察组患者出现的不良反应发生率明显低于对照组患者,同时观察组对药学服务满意度明显高于对照组,所有差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床中,我院通过药学服务的有效开展,有效降低了患者的不良反应发生率,并确保了安全用药,避免了意外情况的发生。同时临床药师开展药学服务,更是能够明显提升患者对药学服务的满意程度,在临床上有着较高使用价值。

Objective To analyze the effect of pharmaceutical care for clinical pharmacists in reducing adverse drug reactions(ADRs),and to explore the application value of pharmaceutical care in reducing ADRs.Methods 160 patients hospitalized in our hospital from December 2017 to December 2018 and treated with drugs were randomly divided into two groups:control group and observation group.The control group was treated with routine treatment and nursing.The observation group carried out pharmaceutical care on this basis.The incidence of adverse reactions in the course of treatment and nursing was compared between the two groups.Ratio.Results The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion In clinical practice,through the effective development of pharmaceutical care,our hospital effectively reduces the incidence of adverse reactions of patients,ensures safe drug use and avoids accidents.At the same time,clinical pharmacists carry out pharmaceutical care,which can significantly improve patients'satisfaction with pharmaceutical care,and has a high clinical value.
