氯吡格雷联合低分子肝素钙治疗进展性缺血性脑卒中的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect Analysis of Clopidogrel Combined with Low Molecular Weight HeparinCalcium in Treatment of Progressive Ischemic Stroke

目的探究氯呲格雷联合低分子肝素钙治疗进展性缺血性脑卒中的临床效果。方法采用抛硬币的方式,将于2018年1月至2019年12月在我院接受治疗的100例进展性缺血性脑卒中患者分为对照组(50例)和观察组(50例),在常规治疗的基础上,对照组患者予以低分子肝素钙治疗,而观察组患者予以氯呲格雷联合低分子肝素钙治疗,观察两组治疗前后的神经功能改善状况以及血流变学指标,对比临床治疗效果。结果对照组治疗总有效率80.0%显著低于观察组96.0%(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后的神经功能缺损评分均发生明显改善,但观察组(9.84±2.01)改善效果更佳,结果比较差异显著(P<0.05);治疗后观察组纤维蛋白原、血浆黏度以及血小板聚集率显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对进展性缺血性脑卒中患者,临床给予氯呲格雷联合低分子肝素钙治疗效果显著。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of clopidogrel combined with low molecular weight heparin calcium in the treatment of progressive ischemic stroke.Methods 100 patients with progressive ischemic stroke who were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were divided into control group(50 cases)and observation group(50 cases)by coin toss.On the basis of routine treatment,the control group patients were treated with low molecular heparin calcium,while the observation group patients were treated with clopidogrel combined with low molecular heparin calcium.The neurological function improvement status and hemorheological indexes before and after treatment were observed and the clinical therapeutic effects were compared.Results The total effective rate of the control group was 80.0%significantly lower than that of the observation group 96.0%(P<0.05).The neurological deficit scores of the two groups were significantly improved after treatment,but the improvement effect of the observation group(9.84±2.01)was better,and the results were significantly different(P<0.05).After treatment,fibrinogen,plasma viscosity and platelet aggregation rate in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with progressive ischemic stroke,clinical treatment with clopidogrel combined with low molecular weight heparin calcium is effective.
