甲状腺良性疾病患者行改良小切口甲状腺次全切术的效果

Effect of Modified Small Incision Subtotal Thyroidectomy in Patients with Benign Thyroid Disease

目的分析甲状腺良性疾病患者行改良小切口甲状腺次全切术的临床疗效。方法选取2017年2月至2018年12月160例医院收治的甲状腺良性疾病患者,随机将入选160例患者分为观察组(80例)与对照组(80例)。对照组采取常规甲状腺次全切术治疗,观察组则采取改良小切口甲状腺次全切术治疗。观察两组患者在手术时间、术中出血量、切口长度、镇痛药物使用量、颈部皮肤感觉异常时间、术后并发症发生率以及患者的对手术的满意度等方面的差异。结果观察组的手术时间、术中出血量、镇痛药物使用量、颈部皮肤感觉异常时间均比对照组更优,存在明显差异(P<0.05)。观察组患者的术后并发症发生率小于对照组,存在显著差异(P<0.05)。观察组患者对手术的满意度高于对照组,存在显著差异(P<0.05)。结论改良小切口甲状腺次全切手术能够有效改善患者的预后情况,且切口小,对患者颈部外观的影响小,能够提高患者的满意度,值得在临床中推广应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of modified small incision subtotal thyroidectomy in patients with benign thyroid diseases.Methods 160 patients with benign thyroid diseases from Feb.2017 to Dec 2018 were randomly divided into observation group(80 cases)and control group(80 cases).The control group was treated with conventional subtotal thyroidectomy,and the observation group was treated with modified small incision subtotal thyroidectomy.The time of operation,the amount of bleeding during operation,the length of incision,the dosage of analgesic drugs,the time of abnormal skin sensation in the neck,the incidence of postoperative complications and the operation fullness of the patients in the two groups were observed.Differences in the degree of interest,etc.Results The time of operation,the amount of bleeding during operation,the dosage of analgesic drugs and the time of abnormal sensation of neck skin in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction degree of the patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and there was a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The modified small incision subtotal thyroidectomy can effectively improve the prognosis of the patients,and the small incision has little effect on the neck appearance of the patients.It can improve the satisfaction of the patients,and is worthy of clinical application.Popularize and apply.
