红霉素、阿奇霉素序贯疗法与单用阿奇霉素治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的临床疗效分析 被引量:9

摘要 目的分析红霉素、阿奇霉素序贯疗法与单用阿奇霉素治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的临床效果。方法2017年8月至2018年8月我院接收小儿肺炎支原体肺炎患儿102例。采用随机数表法分为对照组与观察组,两组患儿均51例。对照组患儿单独使用阿奇霉素治疗,观察组患而采用红霉素、阿奇霉素序贯疗法治疗。对照分析两组患儿治疗情况。结果统计两组患儿临床治疗有效率,观察组为96.1%,对照组为76.5%,检验两组患儿治疗有效率数据P<0.05,具有统计学意义;观察两组患儿退热时间、咳嗽消失时间、肺部湿音消失时间以及住院时间,观察组患儿各项症状消失时间均短于对照组,检验各类数据P<0.05,符合统计学意义;对比两组患儿不良反应发生率,观察组要低于对照组,数据符合统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相比较单独使用阿奇霉素,小儿肺炎支原体肺炎应用红霉素、阿奇霉素序贯疗法治疗,可显著提高临床治疗效率,有助于改善患儿的临床症状,减少不良反应发生,临床应用价值较高。 Objective To analyze the clinical effect of sequential therapy of erythromycin,azithromycin and azithromycin alone in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumoniae in children.Methods From August 2017 to August 2018,our hospital received 102 cases of children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia.The patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method.The control group was treated with azithromycin alone,while the observation group was treated with erythromycin and azithromycin sequential therapy.The treatment of the two groups was analyzed.Results The clinical treatment efficiency of the two groups was statistically significant(96.1%in the observation group and 76.5%in the control group).The antipyretic time,cough disappearance time,lung rachial disappearance time and hospitalization time of the two groups were observed.The disappearance time of all symptoms in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group.The test data P<0.05 was statistically significant.The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with azithromycin alone,sequential therapy of erythromycin and azithromycin in children with mycoplasma pneumoniae can significantly improve the efficiency of clinical treatment,help to improve the clinical symptoms of children,reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,clinical application value is higher.
