混合现实技术在肾部分切除术中的应用

Application of Mixed Reality Technique in Partial Nephrectomy

目的探讨混合现实技术(mixed reality,MR)在肾部分切除术中的应用效果。方法选取本院2017年6月至2018年6月收治104例肾部分切除术患者作为研究对象,采用数字盲选法,划分为观察组和对照组,各52例,对照组采用开放性肾部分切除术,观察组应用混合现实技术,比较两组手术指标、疼痛程度、术后并发症。结果观察组手术时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、术后住院时间均短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组;观察组疼痛程度评分明显低于对照组;观察组肾周血肿、尿痿等术后并发症少于对照组。两组比较差异具有统计学价值(P<0.05)。结论在肾部分切除术中应用混合现实技术,能够缩短手术时间、住院时间,减少术中出血量,并缓解术后疼痛,减少并发症,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the application effect of Mixed Reality(MR)in partial nephrectomy.Methods A total of 104 patients with partial nephrectomy admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were selected as research objects.Using digital blind selection method,52 patients were divided into observation group and control group,The control group was treated with open partial nephrectomy,while the observation group was treated with mixed reality technology to compare the surgical indicators,the degree of pain and postoperative complications of the two groups.Results The operation time,the recovery time of bowel sounds and the postoperative hospital stay were shorter in the observation group than in the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that in the control group;The pain score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group;Postoperative complications such as perirenal hematoma and urine leakage were less in the observation group than in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of mixed reality technology in partial nephrectomy can shorten the operation time and hospitalization time,reduce the amount of bleeding during the operation,relieve the pain after operation and reduce complications.It is worthy of clinical application.
