摘要
目的对比研究小儿肺炎支原体感染患儿采用快速血清学检验和微生物快速培养检测方式对病情进行诊断的临床价值。方法选择在我院接受治疗后证实为肺炎支原体感染的患儿82例,以患者在接受治疗前所采用的检验方法进行分析,分组设置为两组(41例):对照组、研究组。对照组在治疗前接受快速血清学检验;研究组在治疗前接受微生物快速培养检测。比较两组治疗前实验室检测结果,对两组患者治疗后证实结果的符合率、误诊和漏诊情况、检验操作时间、纠纷事件发生率、家长对检查方案的满意度。结果治疗前研究组患者的实验室检测结果与治疗后证实结果符合率为95.1%,对照组为78.0%,前者高于后者(P<0.05);检验操作时间短于对照组;误诊和漏诊少于对照组;诊断原因导致的纠纷事件仅有2例,少于对照组的8例;研究组家长对检查方案的满意度为92.7%,对照组为75.6%。研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论小儿肺炎支原体感染患儿采用微生物快速培养检测方式对病情进行诊断,能够大幅度提高诊断准确性,提高检查的工作效率与准确率,而且可降低纠纷发生率,提高家长的满意度,临床价值显著。
Objective To compare the clinical value of rapid serological test and rapid microbial culture test for diagnosis of children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection Methods Eighty-two children who were confirmed to have M.pneumoniae infection after receiving treatment in our hospital were selected and analyzed by the test method used by the patients before treatment.The group was divided into two groups(41 cases):control group and research group.The control group received rapid serological tests before treatment;the research group received rapid microbial culture tests before treatment.The laboratory test results of the two groups before treatment were compared,and the coincidence rate,misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis of the two groups of patients after treatment,the time of the test operation,the incidence of disputes,and the parents'satisfaction with the inspection program.Results The coincidence rate between the laboratory test results of the patients in the study group before treatment and the results confirmed after treatment was 95.1%,and the control group was 78.0%,the former was higher than the latter(P<0.05);the test operation time was shorter than the control group;misdiagnosis and The number of missed diagnoses was less than that of the control group;there were only 2 cases of disputes caused by the diagnosis,less than 8 cases of the control group;the satisfaction of the parents of the study group with the inspection program was 92.7%,and that of the control group was 75.6%.The study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Infants with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection adopt rapid microbial culture detection method to diagnose the disease,which can greatly improve the accuracy of diagnosis,improve the efficiency and accuracy of the examination,and can reduce the incidence of disputes,improve the satisfaction of parents,clinical The value is significant.
