阿司匹林联合辛伐他汀治疗脑血栓患者的临床疗效研究

Study on the Clinical Efficacy of Aspirin Combined with Simvastatin in the Treatment of Cerebral Thrombosis

目的探讨阿司匹林联合辛伐他汀治疗脑血栓患者的临床疗效。方法纳入我院88例2017年5月至2018年4月脑血栓患者。随机数字表分组,常规药物治疗联合阿司匹林治疗组采取阿司匹林治疗,常规药物治疗联合阿司匹林、辛伐他汀治疗组则采取阿司匹林加上辛伐他汀治疗。比较常规药物治疗联合阿司匹林治疗组、常规药物治疗联合阿司匹林、辛伐他汀治疗组效果;血脂指标达到正常范围的时间、神经功能改善50%的时间;治疗前后患者Barthel指数以及神经功能评分、颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)和颈动脉斑块面积;不良反应。结果常规药物治疗联合阿司匹林、辛伐他汀治疗组效果、血脂指标达到正常范围的时间、神经功能改善50%的时间、Barthel指数以及神经功能评分、颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)和颈动脉斑块面积相比较常规药物治疗联合阿司匹林治疗组更好,P<0.05。常规药物治疗联合阿司匹林、辛伐他汀治疗组不良反应和常规药物治疗联合阿司匹林治疗组无明显差异,P>0.05。结论阿司匹林加上辛伐他汀治疗脑血栓的效果理想。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of aspirin combined with simvastatin in the treatment of cerebral thrombosis.Methods 88 patients with cerebral thrombosis from July,2017 to April,2014 were enrolled in our hospital.The random number table was divided into two groups:the conventional drug therapy combined with aspirin treatment group received aspirin treatment,and the conventional drug therapy combined with aspirin and simvastatin treatment group received aspirin plus simvastatin treatment.To compare the effects of conventional drug therapy combined with aspirin treatment group,conventional drug therapy combined with aspirin,simvastatin treatment group;The time when the blood lipid index reached the normal range and the time when the nerve function improved by 50%;Barthel index,neurological score,carotid intima media thickness(IMT)and carotid plaque area were measured before and after treatment.The adverse event.Results The routine drug treatment combined aspirin and simvastatin treatment group effect,the blood lipid index reach the normal range of time,neurological function improvement of 50%of the time,Barthel index and neural function score,carotid intima-media thickness(IMT)and carotid artery plaque area compared with conventional drug treatment with aspirin therapy group is better,(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in side effects between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Aspirin plus simvastatin is effective in the treatment of cerebral thrombosis.
