免疫球蛋白检验对乙型肝炎患者临床治疗效果的观察

Observation on the Effect of Immunoglobulin Test in the Treatment of Hepatitis B Patients

目的探讨免疫球蛋白检验对乙型肝炎患者临床的治疗效果。方法自2016年6月至2019年2月将我院收治40例乙型肝炎患者作为观察组,并将同期在我院进行健康体检者40例作为对照组。对两组患者采用免疫比浊法测量免疫球蛋白水平,观察其相关指标情况及观察组患者治疗后指标变化情况。结果3例重症乙型肝炎免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)及免疫球蛋白A(IgA)指数分别为(18.10±2.33)g/L、(3.20±0.80)g/L、(4.20±0.30)g/L,15例重度乙型肝炎IgG、gM及IgA指数分别为(14.50±2.10)g/L、(2.80±0.80)g/L、(3.50±0.60)g/L,12例中度乙型肝炎IgG、gM及IgA指数分别为(13.55±1.65)g/L、(2.65±0.77)g/L、(3.40±0.40)g/L,20例轻度乙型肝炎IgG、gM及IgA指数分别为(12.10±1.14)g/L、(2.50±0.70)g/L、(3.30±0.20)g/L,均高于对照组的(6.77±1.20)g/L、(1.35±0.30)g/L、(1.20±0.20)g/L,二者结果比较差异明显,P<0.05;观察组治疗后有效27例,无效13例,其中有效组IgG、gM及IgA指数分别为(13.19±2.70)g/L、(2.30±0.70)g/L、(2.60±0.40)g/L,均低于无效组的(16.90±3.80)g/L、(3.00±0.90)g/L、(3.30±0.86)g/L,P<0.05。结论在治疗乙型肝炎患者时,检验免疫球蛋白水平可更好反映其病情。

Objective To explore the clinical therapeutic effect of immunoglobulin test on hepatitis B patients.Methods From June 2016 to February 2019,40 patients with hepatitis B were treated in our hospital as observation group,and 40 patients who underwent health examination in our hospital during the same period as control group.Immunoglobulin levels were measured by immunoturbidimetry in two groups,and the related indicators and the changes of the indicators in the observation group after treatment were observed.Results The IgG,IgM and IgA indices of 3 cases of severe hepatitis B were(18.10±2.33)g/L,(3.20±0.80)g/L and(4.20±0.30)g/L,respectively.The IgG,gM and IgA indices of 15 cases of severe hepatitis B were(14.50±2.10)g/L,(2.80±0.80)g/L,(3.50±0.60)g/L,and 12 cases of moderate hepatitis B had IgG,g/L and IgA indices respectively.The IgG,gM and IgA index of 20 patients with mild hepatitis B were(12.10±1.14)g/L,(2.10±1.14)g/L,(2.50±0.70)g/L,(2.50±0.70)g/L,(3.30±0.20)g/L,both were higher than the control group(6.77±1.20)g/L,(1.35±0.30)g/L,(1.20±0.20)g/L,the results of the two were significantly different,P<0.05.Effective after treatment 2713 cases were ineffective.The IgG,gM and IgA index of the effective group were(13.19±2.70)g/L,(2.30±0.70)g/L,(2.60±0.40)g/L,respectively,lower than those of the ineffective group(16.90±3.80)g/L,(3.00±0.90)g/L,(3.30±0.86)g/L,P<0.05.Conclusion In the treatment of hepatitis B patients,the level of immunoglobulin can better reflect their condition.
