摘要
目的分析青霉素与氯霉素、四环素类药物联合使用的不良反应。方法本文研究对象为住院患者,研究总例数100例,患者在使用青霉素与氯霉素、四环素类药物联合使用后发生不良反应,收取时间在2015年1月2日至2016年2月1日,分析患者不良反应类型和用药不合理类型。结果在表1研究结果中,药物联用引起药品不良反应所占比最高、占58.00%,其次为用法以及用量不合理、占20.00%,溶媒不合理占12.00%,重复用药占10.00%,其中住院患者用药不合理情况分类百分比具有显著差异(P<0.05);在100例患者中,其中全身性反应40例、所占比为40.00%;低血压患者30例、所占比为30.00%;肝肾受损患者20例、所占比为20.00%;尿潴留患者10例、所占比为10.00%,其中不良反应以全身性反应较为常见,各个不良反应类型所占比具有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论青霉素与氯霉素、四环素类药物联合使用,易导致治疗效果下降,发生不良反应,以全身性反应为主。
Objective To analyze the adverse reactions of penicillin combined with chloramphenicol and tetracycline.Methods The study subjects were hospitalized patients.The total number of cases was 100.The patients had adverse reactions after using penicillin in combination with chloramphenicol and tetracycline.The collection time was from January 2,2015 to February 1,2016.Between the days,analyze the type of adverse reactions and the unreasonable type of medication.Results In the results of Table 1,the combination of drugs caused the highest proportion of adverse drug reactions,accounting for 58.00%,followed by unreasonable usage and dosage,accounting for 20.00%,unreasonable solvent accounted for 12.00%,and repeated drug use accounted for 10.00%.Among them,the percentage of unreasonable medications in hospitalized patients was significantly different(P<0.05);among 100 patients,40 were systemic reactions,accounting for 40.00%;30 patients with hypotension,accounting for 30.00%20 patients with liver and kidney damage,the proportion was 20.00%;10 patients with urinary retention,the proportion was 10.00%,of which adverse reactions were more common with systemic reactions,and the proportion of each adverse reaction type was significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of penicillin with chloramphenicol and tetracycline may lead to a decrease in therapeutic effect and adverse reactions,mainly systemic reactions.
