不同剂量黄体酮治疗早孕先兆流产孕妇的临床效果评价

Clinical Evaluation of Different doses of Progesterone in the Treatment of Pregnant Women with Early Pregnancy Threatened Abortion

目的研究早孕先兆流产孕妇实施不同剂量黄体酮治疗的临床价值。方法纳入本院(2016年10月至2018年10月)接收的早孕先兆流产孕妇(n=90)作为研究对象,以随机表为基准,分为A组(n=30,实施小剂量治疗)、B组(n=30,实施中剂量治疗)、C组(n=30,实施大剂量治疗),对90例孕妇孕酮、人绒毛促性腺激素水平(β-HCG)、足月分娩率、流产率、不良反应发生率评估。结果孕酮:三组对比无显著差异,P>0.05。β-HCG:三组对比无显著差异,P>0.05。足月分娩率:三组对比无显著差异,P>0.05。流产率:A组、B组低于C组,P<0.05。不良反应发生率:三组对比无显著差异,P>0.05。结论早孕先兆流产孕妇实施不同剂量黄体酮治疗具有显著临床价值,但使用大剂量黄体酮会增加稽留流产概率,故临床需根据孕妇实际情况选择合适剂量黄体酮,值得借鉴。

Objective To study the clinical value of different doses of progesterone in pregnant women with early pregnancy.Methods Pregnant women with early pregnancy threatened abortion(n=90)received in our hospital(October 2016-October 2016)were included in the study.They were divided into group A(n=30,low-dose therapy),group B(n=30,medium dose treatment),group C(n=30,high-dose treatment),progesterone,human chorionic gonadotropin level(β-HCG),and full-term delivery in 90 pregnant women Rate,abortion rate,and incidence of adverse reactions.Results Progesterone:There was no significant difference between the three groups,P>0.05.β-HCG:There was no significant difference between the three groups,P>0.05.Fullterm delivery rate:There was no significant difference between the three groups,P>0.05.Abortion rate:Group A,Group B was lower than Group C,P<0.05.The incidence of adverse reactions:there was no significant difference between the three groups,P>0.05.Conclusion Pregnant women with early pregnancy threatened abortion have significant clinical value in the treatment of different doses of progesterone,but the use of high-dose progesterone will increase the probability of missed abortion.Therefore,it is worthwhile to choose the appropriate dose of progesterone according to the actual situation of pregnant women.
