老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者应用综合康复护理措施改善肺功能的作用评价

Evaluation of the Effect of Comprehensive Rehabilitation Nursing Measures on Improving Pulmonary Function in Elderly Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的探讨老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者应用综合康复护理措施改善肺功能的作用。方法根据随机数字表法进行2017年10月至2018年10月90例老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者分成2组。常规康复护理措施组给予常规护理措施,综合康复护理措施组则给予综合康复护理措施。比较两组老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病治疗转归效果;症状好转的时间;肺功能指标改善时间;并发症发生率;治疗前后的肺功能情况。结果综合康复护理措施组老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病治疗转归效果44例(97.78%)(显效37例,有效7例)高于常规康复护理措施组31例(68.89%)(显效19例,有效12例),P<0.05。综合康复护理措施组症状好转的时间、肺功能指标改善时间短于常规康复护理措施组,P<0.05;综合康复护理措施组症状好转的时间、肺功能指标改善时间(8.24±1.41)d、(9.13±0.27)周短于常规康复护理措施组(11.42±1.25)d、(11.23±0.51)周,P<0.05。综合康复护理措施组并发症发生率低于常规康复护理措施组,<0.05,其中,常规康复护理措施组有4例慢性呼吸衰竭,1例肺栓塞,3例压疮。而综合康复护理措施组有1例慢性呼吸衰竭。治疗前两组肺功能情况并无明显差异,P>0.05;治疗后综合康复护理措施组肺功能情况优于常规康复护理措施组,P<0.05。结论应用综合康复护理措施对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病改善肺功能效果肯定,可有效改善患者病情,减少并发症和缩短病程,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing measures on improving pulmonary function in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods 90 elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease from October 2017 to October 2018 were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The routine rehabilitation nursing group was given routine nursing measures,while the comprehensive rehabilitation nursing group was given comprehensive rehabilitation nursing measures.The outcome of treatment,the time of improvement of symptoms,the time of improvement of pulmonary function index,the incidence of complications and the pulmonary function before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result 44 cases(97.78%)of the elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in the comprehensive rehabilitation nursing group were better than 31 cases(68.89%)in the routine rehabilitation nursing group(19 cases were markedly effective and 12 cases were effective),P<0.05.The improvement time of symptoms and pulmonary function index in the comprehensive rehabilitation nursing group was shorter than that in the conventional rehabilitation nursing group(P<0.05);the improvement time of symptoms and pulmonary function index in the comprehensive rehabilitation nursing group was(8.24±1.41)days and(9.13±0.27)weeks,which were shorter than that in the conventional rehabilitation nursing group(11.42±1.25)days and(11.23±0.51)weeks,P<0.05.The incidence of complications in the comprehensive rehabilitation nursing group was lower than that in the conventional rehabilitation nursing group(P<0.05).There were 4 cases of chronic respiratory failure,1 case of pulmonary embolism and 3 cases of pressure ulcer in the conventional rehabilitation nursing group.There was one case of chronic respiratory failure in the comprehensive rehabilitation nursing group.There was no significant difference in pulmonary function between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,the pulmonary function of the comprehensive rehabilitation nursing group was better than that of the conventional rehabilitation nursing group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation nursing measures can improve pulmonary function of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.It can effectively improve the condition of patients,reduce complications and shorten the course of disease.It is worth popularizing and applying.
