舒适护理在普外科腹腔镜手术患者中的应用

Application of Comfort Nursing in Patients Undergoing Laparoscopic Surgery in General Surgery

目的探究外科腹腔镜手术实施中舒适护理的应用效果。方法选取我院2018年1月至2019年1月实施腹腔镜手术治疗的80例患者为研究对象,采用随机分为两组,其中实施常规护理的40例为对照组,实施舒适护理的40例为研究组,对比两组患者护理后并发症发生率,术后恢复时间,护理满意评分以及SF-36生活质量评分。结果研究组护理后并发症发生率(2.5%)低于对照组(20%),术后下床活动时间、住院时间均少于对照组,护理质量评分以及SF-36生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论普外科腹腔镜患者手术中实施舒适护理干预能够有效提升护理质量,减少并发症的发生,提升患者的生存质量,在临床护理中值得推广与应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of comfortable nursing in laparoscopic surgery.Methods 80 patients who underwent laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.40 patients who received routine nursing as control group and 40 patients who received comfortable nursing as study group.The incidence of complications after nursing,recovery time after operation,nursing satisfaction score and SF-36 quality of life score were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of complications after nursing in the study group(2.5%)was lower than that in the control group(20%).The time of getting out of bed and hospitalization was less than that in the control group.The scores of nursing quality and SF-36 quality of life in the study group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Comfort nursing intervention in laparoscopic surgery can effectively improve the quality of nursing,reduce complications,and improve the quality of life of patients.It is worthy of promotion and application in clinical nursing.
