采取综合护理措施对第四产程出血量的影响分析

Analysis of the Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Measures on Blood Loss in the Fourth Stage of Labor

目的探讨采取综合护理措施对第四产程出血量的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月在辽阳市第二人民医院妇产科就诊的80例产妇随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组40例采取常规助产护理,试验组在对照组的基础上采取综合护理助产措施,比较两组患者第四产程出血的护理满意对。结果试验组满意度为95.0%,对照组满意度为87.5%,试验组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对第四产程出血患者采取综合护理措施可以有效的提高护理满意度,降低出血量,提高临床安全性,值得在临床推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing measures on blood loss in the fourth stage of labor.Methods A total of 80 women visiting the department of obstetrics and gynecology of liaoyang second people's hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.In the control group,40 women received routine midwifery care.Results The satisfaction of the experimental group was 95.0%,and that of the control group was 87.5%.The experimental group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Tthe comprehensive nursing measures for the patients with the fourth stage of labor hemorrhage can effectively improve the nursing satisfaction,reduce the amount of blood loss,and improve the safety of pro.
