全程健康教育模式在糖尿病护理干预中的效果观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析探究全程健康教育模式在糖尿病护理干预中的应用效果。方法从2017年2月至2019年1月在本院接受治疗的糖尿病患者中选择120例作为研究对象,按照给予护理方式的不同将其分成观察组(n=60)和对照组(n=60)。对照组患者给予常规护理干预方案,观察组患者给予全程健康教育模式,综合分析两组患者的临床护理效果。结果观察组患者的临床治疗有效率与护理满意度评分结果均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),同时在对糖尿病健康知识的了解情况以及治疗前后的血糖指标改善情况方面,观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论全程健康教育模式在糖尿病护理干预中的应用效果显著,可以在保证临床护理有效率的基础上,提高患者对糖尿病健康知识的了解程度,在改善患者血糖指标与促进患者恢复等方面均发挥着积极的作用。 Objective To analyze the application effect of the whole-course health education model in diabetes nursing intervention.Methods A total of 120 patients with diabetes mellitus who were treated in our hospital from February 2017 to January 2019 were enrolled in the study.They were divided into observation groups(n=60)and control groups according to the different nursing methods(n=60).The patients in the control group were given routine nursing intervention program,and the patients in the observation group were given a full-course health education model to comprehensively analyze the clinical nursing effects of the two groups of patients.Results The clinical treatment efficiency and nursing satisfaction scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).At the same time,the observation group was obvious in the understanding of diabetes health knowledge and the improvement of blood glucose indicators before and after treatment.Better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The wholecourse health education model has a significant effect on diabetes nursing intervention.It can improve the understanding of diabetes health knowledge on the basis of ensuring the efficiency of clinical nursing,and improve the patient's blood glucose index and promote patient recovery.Positive role.
