慢性湿疹患者的综合性心理护理及作用评价

Comprehensive Psychological Nursing of Patients with Chronic Eczema and Evaluation of its Effect

目的探讨慢性湿疹患者的综合性心理护理及作用。方法选入我院2017年5月至2018年6月90例慢性湿疹住院患者,数字表法分组,普通护理服务干预组用常规护理,综合性心理护理服务干预组用综合性心理护理。比较两组满意程度;慢性湿疹发生原因的认知、慢性湿疹的用药治疗方法认知、慢性湿疹的自我护理方法认知、生活习惯和慢性湿疹之间的联系认知;护理前后慢性湿疹疾病症状积分、心理焦虑积分、社会支持评分;平均住院日。结果综合性心理护理服务干预组满意程度、慢性湿疹疾病症状积分、心理焦虑积分、社会支持评分、慢性湿疹发生原因的认知、慢性湿疹的用药治疗方法认知、慢性湿疹的自我护理方法认知、生活习惯和慢性湿疹之间的联系认知、平均住院日方面相比普通护理服务干预组更有优势,P<0.05。结论慢性湿疹患者实施综合性心理护理效果确切。

Objective To explore the comprehensive psychological nursing of patients with chronic eczema and its effect.Methods 90 cases of chronic eczema inpatients in our hospital from may,2017 to June,2018 were enrolled.The number table method was used for grouping.The general care intervention group was given routine care,and the comprehensive psychological care intervention group was given comprehensive psychological care.The satisfaction degree of the two groups was compared.Cognition of the causes of chronic eczema,cognition of drug therapy for chronic eczema,cognition of self-care for chronic eczema,cognition of the relationship between lifestyle and chronic eczema;Chronic eczema disease symptom score,psychological anxiety score and social support score before and after nursing;Average hospital stay.Results The comprehensive psychological satisfaction with nursing care intervention group,chronic eczema symptoms integral,psychological anxiety score,social support score,chronic eczema causes of cognition,the drug treatment of chronic eczema cognition,self nursing methods of chronic eczema cognition,living habits and the links between chronic eczema cognition,average aspects of such confinement have more advantages than ordinary nursing care intervention group,(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of comprehensive psychological nursing for patients with chronic eczema is definite.
