社区护理对老年2型糖尿病患者治疗依从性及生活质量的影响

Effect of Community Nursing on Treatment Compliance and Quality of Life in Senile Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的探析社区护理对老年2型糖尿病患者治疗依从性及生活质量的影响。方法将108例老年2型糖尿病患者按随机数表法分为两组,各54例。对对照组进行常规护理,对研究组加强社区护理,比较两组健康知识知晓率、自我护理能力、治疗依从性,干预前后血糖水平[空腹血糖值(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖值(2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)]、生活质量及护理满意度。结果与对照组相比,研究组治疗总依从率、护理满意度更高;干预后,研究组健康知识知晓率、ESCA评分、SF-36评分均高于干预前与对照组;而研究组FPG、2hPG、HbA1c均低于干预前与对照组,上述差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年2型糖尿病患者加强社区护理干预可有效提高治疗依从性,改善患者生活质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of community nursing on treatment compliance and quality of life in senile patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods 108 senile patients with T2DM were divided into two groups by random number table,with 54 cases in each group.Control group was given routine nursing,while research group was given enhanced community nursing.The awareness rate of health knowledge,selfcare ability,treatment compliance,blood glucose levels before and after intervention[fasting plasma glucose(FPG),2 hours postprandial plasma glucose(2hPG),glycated hemoglobin(HbA1 c)],quality of life,nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with control group,the total rate of treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction in research group were higher;After intervention,the awareness rate of health knowledge,ESCA score and SF-36 score in research group were higher than those before intervention and control group;The FPG,2hPG,HbA1c in research group were lower than those before intervention and control group,and the above differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Community nursing intervention for senile patients with T2DM can effectively increase treatment compliance and improve quality of life.
