手术室护理管理工作中应用围术期精细化护理方式的效果

Effect of Applying Perioperative Fine Nursing Method in Operating Room Nursing Management

目的分析围术期精细化护理对手术室护理管理工作中的影响,并探讨其应用效果。方法选择2019年4月-2020年2月在我院接受手术治疗的88例患者,按照随机分组法分为两组,常规组和护理组,两组患者各44例,常规组采用常规护理模式,护理组采用围术期精细化护理模式。对比两组患者的护理满意度、手术效果和护理工作质量。结果护理组护理满意度(95.45%)明显高于常规组(79.55%),差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理组患者手术总有效率为(100.0%)高于常规组(84.09%),差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理组患者的护理质量总评分为(100.81±3.66)分,高于常规组(52.78±3.22)分,差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用手术室精细化护理对接受手术的患者进行护理,获得了理想的护理效果。

Objective To analyze the influence of perioperative fine nursing on operating room nursing management,and to explore its application effect.Methods A total of 88 patients who received surgical treatment in our hospital from April 2019 to February 2020 were randomly divided into two groups,the conventional group and the nursing group,with 44 patients in each group.The nursing satisfaction,operation effect and nursing quality of the two groups were compared.Results The nursing satisfaction in the nursing group(95.45%)was significantly higher than that in the conventional group(79.55%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total surgical effective rate of the nursing group was(100.0%)higher than that of the conventional group(84.09%),and the difference was significant and statistically significant(P<0.05).The total score of nursing quality in the nursing group was(100.81±3.66),which was higher than that in the conventional group(52.78±3.22).The difference was significant and statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The ideal nursing effect is obtained by the operation room fine nursing.
