手术室麻醉苏醒护理对腹部全麻手术患者苏醒期躁动的影响分析

Analysis of the Effect of Anesthesia in the Operating Room on the Agitation During the Recovery Period

目的患者在此种情况下,还会出现不同程度的不自主运动,如果不能得到有效地控制,可能会引发意外伤害,甚至会严重地威胁患者的生命安全。基于此,本文的主要目的在于研究手术室麻醉苏醒护理对腹部全麻手术患者的苏醒期躁动影响。方法从在我院接受腹部全麻手术的患者中,随机筛选64例进行研究,平均分为观察组和对照组。对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取手术室麻醉苏醒护理,比较分析患者的苏醒期血压与心率状况并判断患者苏醒期躁动程度。结果观察组患者术后舒张压和收缩压分别恢复到(82.37±11.75)mm Hg和(129.25±15.36)mm Hg,心率稳定在(74.12±10.33)次/分,躁动程度较轻,结果优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论在腹部全麻手术中,为患者提供手术室麻醉苏醒护理管理,可以尽快地恢复患者的正常血压与心率,降低患者苏醒躁动程度,改善患者预后。

Objective In this case,patients will also have different degrees of involuntary movements.If they are not effectively controlled,they may cause accidental injuries and even seriously threaten the lives of patients.Based on this,the main purpose of this paper is to study the effect of operating room anesthesia wake-up care on the awakening period of patients with abdominal anesthesia.Methods From the patients who underwent general anesthesia in our hospital,64 patients were randomly selected for the study and divided into observation group and control group.The control group received routine nursing.The observation group took the operating room anesthesia wake-up care,and compared the patient's blood pressure and heart rate during the recovery period and judged the degree of agitation during the recovery period.Results The postoperative diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure were restored to(82.37±11.75)mm Hg and(129.25±15.36)mm Hg,and the heart rate was stable at(74.12±10.33)times/min.The degree of agitation was lighter and the result was better than the control.Group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the general anesthesia of the abdomen,the patient is provided with operating room anesthesia recovery management,which can restore the normal blood pressure and heart rate of the patient as soon as possible,reduce the degree of wakefulness and improve the prognosis of the patient.
