调剂管理与药学监护在药房药品中的应用

目的探析调剂管理与药学监护在药房药品中的应用价值。方法将2016年8月至2017年8月在我院接受治疗的200例患者作为对照组,实施常规药学管理;将2018年1月至2018年12月在我院接受治疗的200例患者作为观察组,实施调剂管理+药学监护。对观察组与对照组的取药等候时间、调剂时间、药品盘点时间进行统计和比较,并对两组患者的用药错误发生率进行计算和对比分析。结果经比较观察组与对照组患者的取药等候、调剂、药品盘点时间指标,发现相比于对照组,观察组患者的取药等候时间、调剂时间、药品盘点时间均相对较短,两组数据之间比较差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);经比较观察组与对照组的用药错误率,发现观察组的用药错误发生率明显高于对照组,两组数据之间比较差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在药房药品管理中实施调剂管理和药学监护,一方面可以缩短取药等候、调剂、药品盘点等各个环节的时间,另一方面,能够降低临床用药的错误发生率,提高临床用药的有效性和安全性,值得在药房药品管理中进一步推广和应用。

Objective To explore the application value of dispensing management and pharmaceutical monitoring in pharmacy drugs.Methods 200 patients who were treated in our hospital from August 2016 to August 2017 were used as a control group to carry out routine pharmacy management.200 patients who were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were observed.Group,implementation of dispensing management+pharmaceutical monitoring.The waiting time,adjustment time and drug inventory time of the observation group and the control group were statistically compared and compared,and the incidence of drug errors in the two groups were calculated and compared.Results After comparing the observation,adjustment and drug inventory time of the observation group and the control group,it was found that the waiting time,adjustment time and drug inventory time of the observation group were relatively short compared with the control group.There was a statistically significant difference between the data(P<0.05).After comparing the medication error rate between the observation group and the control group,the incidence of medication errors in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group.Academic significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of dispensing management and pharmaceutical monitoring in pharmacy drug management can shorten the time of waiting for drug collection,dispensing,drug inventory,etc.On the other hand,it can reduce the incidence of clinical drug errors and improve the effectiveness of clinical drugs.And safety,it is worth further promotion and application in pharmacy drug management.
