摘要
随着经济的不断发展和中国工业技术水平的不断提升,智能制造技术越来越多地应用到各行各业中。尤其在制笔行业中,传统的以人工为主的工作方式一定会逐渐被智能制造所代替。将智能制造技术应用到生产线上,既减轻工人劳动强度,也可以解决生产痛点,提高生产效率和品质,更好地为企业带来价值。因此,本文通过研究基于机器视觉的智能检测技术并将其嵌入到制笔生产线进行实时质量检测,在笔头、笔芯、零配件、包装和印刷各个生产环节中得到应用,这对制笔行业推进智能化发展将会起到一定促进作用。
With the continuous development of the economy and the continuous improvement of China’s industrial technology level,more and more intelligent manufacturing technologies are applied to various industries.Especially in the pen-making industry,the traditional manual-based work methods will gradually be replaced by intelligent manufacturing.Applying intelligent manufacturing technology to the production line can liberate labor and solve production pain points,improve production efficiency and quality,and better bring value to the enterprise.Therefore,in this paper,by studying the intelligent detection technology based on machine vision and embedding it in the pen production line for real-time quality inspection,it is applied in various production links of pen nibs,refills,parts,packaging and printing,which promotes the pen industry intelligent development will play a certain role in promoting.
