摘要 水泥基3D打印成型采用增材制造,经过逐层堆积形成一定的结构,具有成型快、结构复杂多样等特点。以顶底宽比及沉降差定量表征水泥基3D打印体的效果,反应打印材料的优劣。打印基材流动度控制在165~200 mm时打印出的打印体具有较佳的效果,触变剂能够有效控制基材流动性,提升打印效果。打印基材中粉煤灰微珠掺量宜控制在20%~30%,砂胶比宜控制在1.2~1.8。 Cement based 3 D printing molding is made of additive material,which forms a certain structure after layer by layer accumulation. It is characterized by rapid molding,complex and diverse structure. In this paper,the effects of cement-based 3 D printing are quantitatively characterized by the ratio of top to bottom width and differential settlement,reflecting the advantages and disadvantages of printing materials. When the fluidity of the printing substrate is controlled at 165~200 mm,the printed body has a better effect. The thixotropic agent can effectively control the fluidity of the substrate and improve the printing effect. The fly ash microsphere dosage in the printing substrate should be controlled at 20%~30%,and the sand cement ratio should be controlled at1.2~1.8.
